Interchange Festival 2019 is an online festival that brings together international and national professionals that have included digital media in their practice.
Artists reflect upon the challenges, opportunities, and limitations of working with digital media in their own experience, as well as its influence on the process of their work. The festival provides artists with the opportunity to connect and work together from different locations, or at different times and their interactions are shared online.
Works included in the Interchange Festival 2019:
DIGITAL DISCUSSION: RESPONDING TO MIGUEL GUTIERREZ’S ARTICLE, ‘DOES ABSTRACTION BELONG TO WHITE PEOPLE?’ – Charemaine Seet with Participating Artists
SELECTED TEXTS: WHY DANCE MATTERS NOW – Adrianne Semmens & Jennifer Eadie, Alison Plevey, Ira Ferris, Simon Ellis & Shaun McLeod and Tsuki Becoming
