It is vital that artists to have time and space to consider their practice, to forge relationships and alliances and to take themselves out of everyday circumstances to create breathing space, and producers & programmers have those needs as well.
It is in that spirit that a small group of producer/programmers working with dance to come away from their desks, computers and telephones and spend time that won’t manage or produce anything immediately but in time something may come of it.
