Critical Path has been building a number of relationships with regional organisations since 2016; BMEC Bathurst, Dance Integrated Australia, Mirramu Arts Centre, NORPA, Catapult and Cementa. We have continued our partnership with Bundanon Trust and engaged with a number of regionally based artists who are leading companies and/or setting up regionally focused initiatives – Gabriella Green/FLinG, Lee Pemberton/Navigate Arts, Chan&Ohl, Nikki Heywood and Cementa.
This has included supporting exploration residencies, supporting regional artists to research and experiment with new ideas and to build new partnerships, bringing international artists into regional contexts to explore opportunities and meet local practitioners, making connections for artists from Metropolitan contexts to engage with an learn from regional areas and artists.
