Rosalind Crisp and Lizzie Thomson will be completing their two week residency with Critical Path in July. Lizzie will be in person at The Drill and Ros will be joining on-line.
Rosalind Crisp and Lizzie Thomson started dancing together in Omeo Dance studio, Newtown, 25 years ago. Since then, closets have been opened and forests emptied. After 13 years apart, they return, together, to the studio. This residency opens a new chapter in a substantial practice of dance-art making that began in Omeo studio in 1996. We are drawn back together through a compelling fascination to work out why we dance(d) and what the hell we are still dancing for…
Supported by Omeo Dance’s Orbost Studio for Dance Research and Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) Fund – an Australian Government initiative.
