Henrietta Baird chosen to work with mentor Marilyn Miller. Henrietta’s project involved travelling to her Kukuyalandji country, Wujal Wujal community to work with Kukuyalandji women to document her family stories, sharing her media skills with the community 21 Sep- 13 Oct). She will explored how movement is made through the act of storytelling and how these movements can be theatricalised/translated into contemporary dance performance.
Following this research trip Henrietta undertook an administrative internship with Ausdance NSW 4 weeks part-time between 14 Oct 2013 and 6 Nov 2013.
